Return and Refund Policy

Return and Exchange: You have 5 working days from receipt of your order to contact us at contact@maddogsshampoo.com or contact your representative to organize an exchange or refund.

Damaged Product or Order Error: If your product arrives damaged or there was an error in your order, we will correct this at no cost to you.

Please note that if the error is on your part (such as a wrong shipping address or an order error), return shipping costs will be your responsibility and non-refundable.

Change your mind? If you change your mind after placing your order, you have one hour to cancel it. This will cancel the entire order.

In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, we can either reship the package at your expense or issue a partial refund (order amount less the delivery costs incurred by Mad Dogs | Les Toutous Grognons).

Product Availability and Modifications
